The Quill Vogue Wash Station XL Mobile uses pressurised cold water to quickly and quietly remove support material from large Stratasys Polyjet 3D printed parts. The high performance Wash Station rapidly removes a range of support material from complex geometries and deep recessed areas without damaging surfaces.
The Quill Vogue Wash Station XL Mobile is a “closed” system that contains 2 x 25 litre water tanks. The water is drawn from the tank via a pump, through a nozzle to wash 3D prints and then is recycled through a weir filter system back into the water tank, making the Wash Station XL Mobile environmentally friendly. The compact, ultra quiet Quill Vogue Wash Station XL Mobile is safe (NRTL/MET certified), reliable and easy to use, so design engineers can clean their Polyjet 3D prints with ease. No mess, no fuss, just wash and go.
